The problem
The client's operations team needed to automate repeating tasks across 8 SaaS tools—CRM, accounting, email, Slack, project management, ERP—but had no engineers. Manual coordination took hours per day and introduced errors in data transfer between systems.
The delivery approach
We deployed a self-hosted n8n instance on the client's AWS infrastructure, built a set of custom nodes for their proprietary CRM and ERP APIs, and delivered a library of pre-built workflow templates. We also built an admin UI layer for workflow monitoring, error alerting, and execution logs. Training was provided to the ops team so they could build and maintain workflows independently.
